            iBuyFlowers was founded by our CEO Wilfred, who grew up on a flower farm and spent his adulthood working on farms in Ecuador.             Responsibilities

            1. Work directly with the Sales Director to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for your territory.
            2. Identify and prospect potential customers, such as florists, event planners, wedding coordinators, and retail floral shops.
            3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
            4. Educate customers on the advantages of purchasing farm direct flowers, highlighting the quality, freshness, and cost savings.
            5. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and our farm team, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
            6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
            7. Provide timely market feedback to the management team.
            8. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
            9. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.

            Qualifications

            1. Knowledge of floral products, industry trends, and customer preferences is highly desirable.
            2. Previous experience in B2B sales in the floral industry or related field.
            3. Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Google Suite. *Experience with Hubspot as a CRM is preferred but not necessary, you will be trained.
            4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
            5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships. You will be communicated with your customers via phone, text message, email, and occasional shop visits.
            6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
            7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
            8. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team meetings.
