1. Shipments: all coming and send out as scheduled
At iBuyFlowers we are fully aware of the challenging time that the world currently faces. It will affect everyone in our business. For your safety, as our valued customer, but also for the safety of our co-workers at farms, logistic staff, and all involved we are taking the necessary actions to ensure that everyone’s health and wellbeing always remains our top priority. At this time, we are following regulations from local governments to ensure safety protocols are being followed.

Orders coming and send out as scheduled for the moment:
– from Holland: 100% (delivery Thursday & Friday)
– from Ecuador: 100% (delivery Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
– from Colombia: 100% (delivery Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
– from Costa Rica: 100% (delivery Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
– from USA: 100% (delivery Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Should this change, someone from our team will let you know immediately.

2. What happens if your event/wedding needs to be cancelled or rescheduled?
Given the current situation, we are fully aware that during the upcoming weeks the market and demand will be uncertain. If you need to cancel or re-schedule new or existing orders, do not worry. This can be done without any problem as long as the product is not packed and shipped yet. Please contact your personal sales representative or send us an email to and we will take care of this for you.

While we can’t be sure what is to come, we can tell you that we are committed to serving our customers and providing the best possible experience during this crisis. We look forward to continuing to provide you quality flowers and the best shopping experience.
On behalf of our entire team at iBuyFlowers, we thank you for your patience and understanding. We value your business. Please be well and thank you for your loyalty.

3. Our suggestion to keep the floral business running during this period:
A suggestion we would like to promote came up from the SAF. Growers will have too many flowers in the coming weeks, so we will start to offer pre-fab bouquets straight from our growers. These can be delivered by FedEx straight to your door. Bouquets are conveniently assembled, making them easy to sell (you can deliver them straight to the door of your customers, without physical contact or any additional materials). It has been studied by many universities, that flowers make people happier. We at iBuyFlowers truly believe that.

The next months will be challenging for everyone, but flowers have always had an instant impact on happiness. We want to do whatever we can to help your business during these difficult times.

Please reach out to us if you need anything at all or have suggestions for us. For now, please stay safe and check-in here for any new information!
