Do I need a business license or resale certificate to buy from iBuyFlowers?
iBuyFlowers is a B2B online marketplace designed for florists, event planners, and floral businesses. You’ll need a business resale number to create an account and shop. You can sign up for free, connect your business credentials, and then gain access to wholesale pricing and ordering.
Do you sell or ship flowers outside the U.S.?
Currently, iBuyFlowers ships only within the United States. All flowers are shipped directly from our partner farms to ensure maximum freshness. If you’re based outside the U.S., you can still browse our collections and sign up for updates — we’ll notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available.
How does shipping work and when will I receive my flowers?
All iBuyFlowers orders are shipped directly from partner farms via FedEx.
- After your order is packed, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
- For time-sensitive orders, iBuyFlowers offers a Next Day(open market) program (for deliveries Tuesday through Friday) when your order is placed on Monday through Wednesday.
What payment methods do you accept, and when will I be charged?
We accept major credit cards and business debit cards for all online orders. For standing or recurring orders, your selected payment method is charged after each shipment is confirmed. Invoices and receipts are always emailed to your account contact, so you can easily manage your records.
Can I place a custom or recurring order?
Absolutely! You can either:
- Create a Custom Box with the flowers and quantities you want, or
- Set up a Standing Order for recurring weekly or monthly deliveries.
This option is perfect for florists managing weddings, events, or regular retail clients.
