The Sales Professionals We Like to Meet

Our sales team helps customers discover the full value of the iBuyFlowers marketplace. Depending on the position, future sales roles may focus on acquiring new customers, onboarding and developing accounts, increasing customer retention, or reactivating former customers.

We are particularly interested in professionals who combine commercial drive with a customer-first mindset. You understand that sustainable growth comes from building trust, understanding the customer’s business, and helping them make better purchasing decisions.

 

What Future Sales Roles May Include

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with florists and wedding and event professionals
  • Introducing prospective customers to iBuyFlowers and helping them place their first orders
  • Guiding new customers through onboarding and supporting them as they become frequent buyers
  • Growing existing accounts by identifying relevant products, categories, and seasonal opportunities
  • Re-engaging inactive customers through personal and relevant outreach
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities or risks
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity in HubSpot
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver a reliable customer experience
  • Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help improve our platform and service

 

Who We Would Like to Hear From

We would be interested in hearing from you if you bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer success
  • Professional experience in the floral industry, preferably with florists or wedding and event professionals
  • A strong ability to build relationships and earn customers’ trust
  • A commercial mindset and the confidence to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive, self-directed, and well-organized way of working
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM platform
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working in a fast-growing international company
  • A genuine interest in helping customers succeed
