1. What to order?
- Before Starting
Our flowers are freshly cut upon order, which means inventory varies daily. You must select your delivery date before viewing the available varieties for that specific day. The delivery date can be changed by clicking the date on the right side of the search bar.
We recommend choosing a delivery date 3–5 days before your event, as freshly cut flowers require a few days to fully open.
You can find products through keyword search, browsing the product list, applying filters, or selecting specific categories and colors.
- Browsing all products
From the main menu, select any product group or category from the dropdown list. You can also explore the complete assortment by clicking “View all products.”
- Looking for specific varieties
When searching for a specific product, the fastest method is keyword search. After entering your keyword, you can click “Show all” to see related results, or navigate directly to a specific variety, product group, or category.

2. How to choose the right flower?
We understand that selecting flowers online can feel challenging since you cannot see or touch them in person. Natural products like flowers may vary slightly in appearance. Always review the product disclaimers provided.
Choose the appropriate stem length and product grade. By default, we pre-select the farm offering the best price. However, you may choose a preferred farm if you have one.

3. How much to order?
You can order full boxes or mix and match loose bunches into a custom box.
When ordering loose bunches, you will be directed to the in-farm shopping screen where you can complete your custom box with flowers from the same farm.

4. How to get the best deals?
We offer free shipping on full boxes and custom boxes that are at least 80% full.
Many farms provide multiple box sizes at different price points. Choose the option that best fits your needs:
- Need only a small quantity? Choose a smaller box and reduce shipping costs.
- Need larger quantities? Select a bigger box to enjoy better prices per stem.

5. How to pay?
On the “Payment method” page, you can choose to pay immediately by credit card or schedule payment for the week before delivery.
