Our flowers are shipping directly from the farm to your shop’s door via Fedex priority (or overnight from our US farms). While we have a 95% on-time delivery rate, delays can occur. We cannot issue refunds for late shipments unless they are over 48 hours delayed or if there are quality concerns. These occurrences are rare, and our customer service team is here to help with this process.
For the most vibrant and long-lasting results, we recommend allowing time for proper hydration. Our flowers arrive up to 10 days fresher than those from typical wholesalers, which means they require a few days of hydration to fully open and reach their optimal beauty.

iBuyFlowers was founded in 2016 to bring wholesale flowers to the doorstep of U.S. florists and event planners. iBuyFlowers cut’s out the middle man (importers and traditional wholesalers), and delivers fresh cut flowers directly from the farm, up to 10 days fresher than at a local wholesaler.
All US businesses with a resale number can buy at iBuyflowers. Simply signup (free account), shop the flowers you need and pay with your credit card. We will charge your credit card normally 1 day prior packing unless there is an exception (certain products such as dyed products require your card to be charged 2-5 days prior to packing).
iBuyFlowers was started to cut out the middle-man in order to deliver fresh cut flowers from the farm to your doorstep. By eliminating importers and wholesalers, our flowers arrive up to 10 days fresher than those purchased alternative routes. We also offer overnight shipping from Miami importers as an extra service for last minute orders.
If a product arrives in poor conditions or with product missing, you are able to file a claim within 48 hours of delivery by going to your Account and selecting "Request claim." To process the claim with the grower, we’ll need multiple photos of the affected stems and box labels. Once we receive your claim, we'll review the details and typically finalize it within 24-72 hours. If approved, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. If you’re claiming 12 stems out of 28, all 12 problematic stems must be shown in the photos—only the visible stems with issues will be refunded.
